1 The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery Act) appropriates $7.2 billion for grants and loans to support broadband deployment on a national level. The Recovery Act offers a unique and groundbreaking opportunity for California to partner with the federal government and other state agencies in advancing the goal of bridging the digital divide.
