8. Map of Service Territory
To be granted a CPCN for authority to provide local exchange service, an applicant must provide a map of the service territories it proposes to serve.2 Shasta provided a map of the location of its proposed service territory in Exhibit D to the application, so is therefore in compliance with this requirement.
