DECISION GRANTING BRT COMPANY, LLC d/b/a BIG RIVER TELEPHONE COMPANY, LLC A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY IN ORDER TO PROVIDE RESOLD AND LIMITED-FACILITIES BASED LOCAL EXCHANGE SERVICE AND NON-DOMINANT INTEREXCHANGE SERVICE

1. Summary

BRT Company, LLC d/b/a Big River Telephone Company, LLC filed an application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity for authority to provide resold and limited facilities-based local exchange telecommunications services in the service territories of Pacific Bell Telephone d/b/a AT&T California, Verizon California Inc., Citizens Telecommunications Company of California, Inc., and SureWest Communications, and non-dominant interexchange services in California.

By this decision, we grant BRT Company, LLC d/b/a Big River Telephone Company, LLC a certificate of public convenience and necessity to provide resold and limited facilities-based local exchange and interexchange telecommunications services in California, on the terms and conditions set forth in the Ordering Paragraphs.
