7. Map of Service Territory

To be granted a CPCN for authority to provide local exchange service, an applicant must provide a map of the service territories it proposes to serve.³ In Exhibit 5 to the application, Wholesale provided a map of the location of its proposed service territory, in compliance with this requirement.
