17. Comments on Proposed Decision

Although the 30-day public review and comment period required by Section 311 of the Pub. Util. Code is waived in this matter because the decision grants the relief requested in an uncontested matter, a reduced comment period was provided. Opening comments on the proposed decision were due on January 3, 2011 and reply comments were due on January 7, 2011.

Communications Division staff identified several areas of concern in the proposed decision and therefore substantive changes have been made to Section 9 and a new Section 14 has been added.
