DECISION GRANTING SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON
COMPANY A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT THE
LOCKHART SUBSTATION PROJECT
1. Summary
This decision grants Application 11-05-006 by Southern California Edison Company for a permit to construct the proposed project known as the Lockhart Substation Project (Proposed Project), pursuant to General Order 131-D, in the Mojave Desert, California.
As the Lead Agency for environmental review, we find the Final Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for the Proposed Project meets the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act.1
