(END OF APPENDIX)

12 Sierra Club requests the first 5% step increase to the rates established by the Commission for Katz's 2010 work here. D.08-04-010 at 8 states that "step increases are limited to two annual increases of no more than 5% each year within any given level of experience for each individual," provided that the request is clearly outlined and includes a statement on whether the requested step increase is the first or second such increase for that individual within a given level of experience. Sierra Club has complied with this requirement.

13 We find that Metropulos's work in this proceeding more closely resembles the work of a paralegal/advocate. We compensate the requested 2010-2011 hours for Metropulos at rates similarly awarded to other advocates performing similar work.
