5. Tariffs

RCLEC, in its application, requests a waiver to file a limited facilities-based local exchange tariff and interexchange tariff. RCLEC intends to offer its services at rates that are competitive with the rates of the incumbent local exchange carriers and will provide its rates on its website. RCLEC's request for exemption to file tariffs is granted, consistent with D.07-009-018.

Applicant must abide by the consumer protection rules adopted in D.98-08-031, as modified from time to time.
