9. Request to File Under Seal

Applicant requests that the financial information filed with the application be filed under seal. The financial information consists of financial statements. Applicant represents that the information is proprietary and sensitive. We have granted such requests in the past, and it is reasonable to do so here. In keeping with our standard practice, the financial information shall be kept confidential for two years after the date of this decision.
