Conectado, Inc. seeks a certificate of public convenience and
necessity (CPCN) under Pub. Util. Code § 1001 for authority to provide resold interexchange services in California. By this decision, we grant the CPCN on the terms and conditions set forth in the Ordering Paragraphs.
