4. Comments on Proposed Decision

The proposed decision of Commissioner Peevey and Assistant Chief Administrative Law Judge Cooke in this matter was mailed to the parties in accordance with Section 311 of the Pub. Util. Code and Rule 14.2(a) of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments were filed on July 2, 2007 by Southern California Edison Company. No reply comments were filed. Minor changes to the decision and Appendix have been made to conform the filing and service requirements for revenue requirements and rate design elements of the Rate Case Plan.
