12. Categorization and Need for Hearings

These matters were preliminarily categorized as ratesetting and there is no need to alter this categorization. The Commission initially categorized A.05-12-011 as a proceeding requiring hearings, and hearings were in fact held with regard to a portion of the project. The Commission categorized A.07-01-046 as a proceeding not requiring hearings, and no hearings were held.
