10. Collaborative Process with the California Energy Commission

The Commission and its staff have successfully worked in a collaborative relationship with the CEC and its staff in several proceedings, including R.01-10-024 (RPS Phase), R.04-04-026, R.06-02-012 and R.06-05-027. This has promoted good communication between agencies sharing responsibilities for several matters, including the RPS Program. That collaborative relationship will continue in this proceeding. As has been the case in the past, the Commission's Executive Director may work with the CEC's Executive Director to review and refine the terms of the staff collaboration, as necessary.
