16. Comments on Proposed Decision

The proposed decision of the ALJ in this matter was mailed to the parties in accordance with Section 311 of the Pub. Util. Code for comments. Pursuant to Rule 14.6(b) of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, all parties stipulated to reduce the 30-day public review and comment period required by Section 311 of the Public Utilities Code to 10 days, with no reply comments. Joint Applicants filed comments recommending that the Commission adopt the proposed decision as written.
