Conclusion of Law

Effective immediately, the statutory deadline imposed by Pub. Util. Code
§ 1701.2(d) should be extended for an additional period of six months.

IT IS ORDERED that the 12-month statutory deadline in this proceeding is further extended until September 24, 2009.
