The parties have filed motions for leave to file confidential versions of the Joint Stipulation and the Settlement Agreement under seal, based on BRW's belief that these documents contain confidential and proprietary information. CPSD contends that none of the information is propriety or confidential, except for certain portions of the Stipulation related to BRW's business operations and revenues.
We find that none of the information in the Joint Stipulation and the Settlement Agreement is confidential, except for Paragraphs 10-12 and Paragraphs 19 through 28 of the Stipulation, regarding BRW's business operations and its California revenues for the years 2000 through 2008. We therefore deny the motion to file the Joint Stipulation and the Settlement Agreement under seal, except for Paragraphs 10-12 and Paragraphs 19 through 28 of the Stipulation. Within 30 days, BRW shall file a new redacted version of the Settlement Agreement, accompanied by a motion for leave to file the document under seal, as consistent with this order.
