Resolution T-17310. Request For Reinstatement of Non-Dominant Interexchange Carrier Reseller Registration License Held by LCR Telecommunications, LLC. (U-6046-C).

Summary

This Executive Director Resolution reinstates the non-dominant interexchange carrier reseller registration license held by LCR Telecommunications, LLC (U-6046-C).

Background

LCR Telecommunications, LLC (LCR) was originally registered as a non-dominant interexchange carrier reseller licensee by D.98-08-064 in A.98-07-041. Due to recording error, the company's 2009 User Fee report was not recorded in a timely manner and Resolution T-17300, adopted December 16, 2010, revoked operating authority to several carriers including LCR, for failure to submit the report.

Discussion

The Communications Division recommends that the registration license be reinstated since the revocation of LCR's operating authority was due to a recording error. Therefore, reinstatement for this carrier is appropriate.

Findings

1. LCR was registered as a non-dominant interexchange carrier reseller licensee by D.98-08-0064.

2. Resolution T-17300 revoked the company's operating authority due to recording error.

3. The registration license should be reinstated.

THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:

1. LCR Telecommunications, LLC's non-dominant interexchange carrier reseller registration license is reinstated.

2. Utility Identification Number U-6046-C is reissued to the company.

This Resolution is effective today.
