Pursuant to Pub. Util. Code § 625(a)(2)(A), you are hereby notified that the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California has set a Prehearing Conference and Evidentiary Hearing in the above-entitled matter before Administrative Law Judge Maribeth A. Bushey on January 10, and 11, 2008 at 10:00 a.m., at Gilroy City Hall, Council Chambers, 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, CA, 95020 at which time the parties may appear and be heard. This is a complaint for authorization to condemn property for the purpose of offering utility services.

As required by Pub. Util.
