ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE'S RULING

FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AT THE

PREHEARING CONFERENCE

Smurfit Stone Container Corporation (SSCC) and Southern California Edison Company (SCE) shall provide additional information at the August 29, 2001 Prehearing Conference. This additional information shall include:


B. The billing and payment terms and conditions set forth in the June 7, 1985, Vernon Qualifying Facility contract, and identification of parties that entered into such contract.


C. SCE's tariffs applicable to its customers' electric billing and payment terms and conditions.


D. The correction and completion of the attached Appendix A Table that identifies the billing account numbers, customer's name, and amounts SSCC has on deposit with the Commission.

IT IS RULED that Smurfit Stone Container Corporation and Southern California Edison Company shall provide the above requested information at the scheduled Wednesday, August 29, 2001, Prehearing Conference, at 10:00 a.m., in the Commission Courtroom, State Office Building, 505 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, California.
