The public will have an opportunity to participate in this meeting. 9 The public review period for the draft EIR will be 45 days. During this time, the public and the parties may review copies of the draft EIR and submit written comments to the Commission. 10 Members of the public are invited to attend the public participation hearing to present comments on the draft EIR and the application to the principal hearing officer.
