Seeks approval of the transfer of control via a stock purchase agreement of Bright Fiber Inc. (U-7287-C) to Race Telecommunications, Inc. (U-7060-C) submitted by Race Telecommunications, Inc. in Advice Letter No. 6.  Additionally, in response to project revisions submitted by Race Telecommunications, Inc., the Resolution seeks approval of modifications to Bright Fiber’s CASF Infrastructure Account grant approved in Resolution T-17495, including revising the project’s alignment from “primarily underground” to a 75 percent aerial on existing utility poles.  Bright Fiber, under its parent company, Race Telecommunications, Inc., will remain the grantee.  The revised Bright Fiber Project grant, comprising 60 percent of the total project costs, will amount to no more than $16,086,789, a $69,534 reduction from the approved grant.  The 1,941 households near Grass Valley in Nevada County will be served at a cost of $8,288 per household.
