BEFORE THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
In the matter of the Application of Zafar Quraishi doing business as SuperExpress for authority to operate as a passenger stage corporation between points in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, San Diego and Ventura Counties and Los Angeles International (LAX), Burbank (BUR), John Wayne (SNA), Ontario (ONT), Long Beach (LBG), San Bernardino (SBD), San Diego (SAN), Palm Springs (PSP), Airports, Los Angeles and Long Beach Harbors; the Palm Springs Rail Station; and the Los Angeles Amtrak Station and to establish a zone of rate freedom. |

OPINION
This decision grants the application of Zafar Quraishi (Applicant), an individual, pursuant to Pub. Util. Code § 1031 et seq., for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to operate as a passenger stage corporation (PSC), as defined in Pub. Util. Code § 226, and to establish a zone of rate freedom (ZORF) pursuant to Pub. Util. Code § 454.2.
