IX. Categorization and Need for Hearings

Notice of A.05-04-010 appeared in the Daily Calendar on April 12, 2005. There were no protests or other responses to A.05-04-010. In Resolution ALJ 176-3151 dated April 21, 2005, the Commission preliminarily categorized this proceeding as ratesetting and preliminarily determined that hearings were not necessary. Based on the record of this proceeding, we affirm that this is a ratesetting proceeding and that hearings are not necessary.
