X. Request for Confidentiality

Applicant requests that the financial information filed with this application be filed under seal. The financial information consists of a bank statement and financial statements for Applicant's affiliate, Radiant Telecom, Inc. (Radiant), as well as a financial guarantee from the Radiant to Applicant. Applicant represents that the information is proprietary and sensitive. The information, if revealed, would place Applicant at an unfair business disadvantage. We have granted similar requests in the past and will do so here.
