Clear World, a California corporation, requests authority to resell local exchange services within the service territories of Pacific Bell Telephone Company (Pacific) and Verizon California Inc. (Verizon). Its principal place of business is located at 3100 South Harbor Boulevard, Suite 300, Santa Ana, California 92704.

CPSD filed a protest to this application, and hearings were held on August 5-7, 2002. The matter was submitted after receipt of briefs.
