Summary

This decision grants the Pasadena Metro Blue Line Construction Authority, doing business as the Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Construction Authority, permission to alter the existing grade-separated crossing over Foothill Boulevard and the existing at-grade crossing at Pasadena Avenue, to include two light rail tracks and one freight track, including the closure of the existing at-grade crossing at Alameda Avenue, in the City of Azusa, Los Angeles County.
