Findings of Fact
1. CMWSI notified the Department of Health Services that it would no longer provide water service beyond August 31, 1993.
2. RRUC was appointed receiver to operate the Camp Meeker system on an interim basis by the Superior Court of Sonoma County on September 7, 1993.
3. D.95-03-012 concluded that CMWSI, in abandoning service, had abandoned the company and all its assets.
4. CMWSI is no longer a functioning public utility.
5. CMR&PD has been authorized to serve the former CMWSI customers by D.96-05-068.
6. By court order dated December 22, 1999, RRUC has been relieved as receiver of CMWSI by order of the Superior Court of Sonoma County on December 22, 1999.
Conclusions of Law
1. The issues of this investigation are no longer relevant.
2. This investigation is moot and should be closed.
3. This order should be effective on the date signed.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that Investigation 92-07-031 is closed.
This order is effective today.
