Commencing from any point in (1)Paso Robles City, then over the most convenient streets, expressways, and highways, to (1)Atascadero, (1)Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, San Luis Obispo, Grover Beach, (2)Santa Maria, (1)(2)Lompoc, (2)Buellton/Solvang, Santa Barbara Airport, Carpinteria, Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Los Angeles International Airport, and then to (1)Los Angeles San Pedro Harbor.

(2) No passengers shall be transported between Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), on the one hand, and Buellton, Lompoc, Solvang, Santa Maria and Guadalupe, on the other hand. This restriction will expire on January 1, 2004.
