3. Service of Decision

Pacific filed its petition in another docket (i.e., R.95-04-043/I.95-04-044). Therefore, to ensure that all parties who might have an interest in today's decision receive a copy of the decision, a copy of this decision will be served on the service lists for both this proceeding and R.95-04-043/I.95-04-04.
