A draft resolution (TL-19081) of the Consumer Protection and Safety Division that increases the household goods carrier maximum rates contained in Maximum Rate Tariff 4 by 1.6 percent will be on the January 11, 2007 Commission meeting agenda. The Commission may vote on this resolution at that time, or it may postpone a vote until later. When the Commission votes on TL-19081, it may adopt all or part of it as written, amend or modify it, or set it aside and prepare a different resolution.
Interested parties may obtain a copy of TL-19081 for review and submission of written comments. A copy of the draft resolution may be obtained from, and any subsequent written comments should be submitted to:

An original and 2 copies of comments must be received by the Consumer Protection and Safety Division by January 2, 2007. Comments shall be limited to 5 pages in length plus a subject index listing the recommended changes to TL-19081 a table of authorities and an appendix setting forth proposed findings and ordering paragraphs. Comments shall focus on factual, legal or technical error in the proposed resolution. Late filed comments will ordinarily be rejected. However, in extraordinary circumstances, a request for leave to submit comments late, together with the proposed comments, may be filed. An accompanying declaration under penalty of perjury shall also be submitted setting forth all the reasons for the late submission.
Draft Resolution CSID-001. Draft resolution adopting Proposal of the Joint Utilities to Operate the Clearinghouse of Woman- Minority- and Disabled Veteran-Owned Suppliers for Utilities Subject to General Order 156 as Revised in
(D).06-08-013 will be on the agenda of the California Commission January 11, 2007 meeting. The Commission may vote on the draft resolution at that time, or may postpone a vote. The Commission may adopt all or part of Draft Resolution CSID-001, amend or modify it, or set it aside and prepare a different resolution.
On December 13, 2006, this daft resolution was circulated to the parties on the R.06-04-011 service list. Pursuant to Public Utilities (PU) Code 311 (g), the draft resolution is available for public comments. It is available at the Commission's web-site at
http://www.cpuc.ca.gov/static/documents/index.htm. Comments should be focused on factual, legal, and/or technical errors in the draft resolution. Comments should be limited to ten pages in length and shall clearly set forth any proposed revisions to the documents accompanying the draft resolution. Notice to All Resellers of Commercial Mobile Radiotelephone Service
Proposed Revocation of Wireless Identification Registrants
The Commission has required all resellers of Commercial Mobile Radiotelephone Service to register with the Telecommunications Division prior to offering intrastate wireless telecommunications service in the state. The Wireless Identification Registration Number process is explained at
http://www.cpuc.ca.gov/static/telco/information+for+providing+service/wireless+service/index.htm.
All Wireless Identification Registrants are required to report revenues and pay a fee based on revenues. Under PU Code Section 405, registrants that are in default of reporting and submitting fees for a period of 30 days or more will be subject to penalties including suspension or revocation of their authority to operate in the state. The fee reporting requirements are explained at
http://www.cpuc.ca.gov/static/telco/consumer+information/userfee.htm.
