7. Map of Service Territory

To be granted a CPCN for authority to provide local exchange service, an applicant must provide a map of the service territories it proposes to serve.⁷ In Exhibit D to the application, ABi provided a map of the location of its proposed service territory and is in compliance with this requirement.
