Comments on Alternate Proposed Decision

This alternate proposed decision of Commissioner Geoffrey F. Brown was issued pursuant to Pub. Util. Code § 311(d). Pursuant to Article 19 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure, parties were permitted to review and comment on the proposed decision. We have incorporated several minor suggestions made by PG&E in their comments. Following comments by Greenlining, we have added language in Section 10.3 to adopt the substance of a joint petition by Greenlining and PG&E regarding executive compensation.
