This application seeks approval under Section 854 of the Public Utilities Code of a transaction in which OmniCall, Inc. (OmniCall), a non-dominant telecommunications carrier, will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Access One Communications Corp. (Access One). The application is unopposed. The application is granted.
