The category of A.03-01-013 was preliminarily determined to be ratesetting in Resolution ALJ 176-3107 (February 13, 2003). The categorization was confirmed in the Scoping Memo and Ruling of Assigned Commissioner (April 28, 2003). The category of A.03-07-049 and A.03-07-050 was preliminarily determined to be ratesetting in Resolution ALJ 176-3117 (August 21, 2003). The categorization was confirmed in the Administrative Law Judge's Revised Scoping Memo and Ruling of Assigned Commissioner (October 20, 2003).
