9. Comments on Draft Decision

The draft decision of the ALJ in this matter was mailed to the parties in accordance with Section 311(g)(1) of the Public Utilities Code and Rule 77.7 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments were filed on January 18, 2005 by CLECA, CMTA, Energy Coalition, ISO, NRDC/ED, PG&E, SCE, SDG&E, SF Power and TURN. Reply comments were filed on January 24, 2005 by California Farm Bureau Federation, PG&E, SCE, SDG&E and TURN. We have made numerous changes to the decision to correct errors and update budgets and goals in response to the comments.
