V. Comments on Draft Decision and Alternate Draft Decision
The draft decision of the ALJ in this matter was mailed to the parties in accordance with Pub. Util. Code § 311(g)(3) and Rule 77.7(f)(9) of the Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments were filed on April 26, 2005, and Reply Comments were filed on May 2, 2005.22 The ALJ has revised the Draft Decision in several respects, in response to the comments. The alternate decision of Commissioner Susan P. Kennedy in this matter was mailed to the parties in accordance with Pub. Util. Code Section 311(g)(1) and Rule 77.7 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments were filed on April 26, 2005, and Reply Comments were filed on May 2, 2005.
