VI. CEQA Review

The environmental impacts of the SGRP were addressed in D.05-12-040. In this application, SDG&E is seeking our approval of its participation in the SGRP and ratemaking treatment of the resulting costs. This application does not involve any direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change to the environment. Thus, this application is not a project under CEQA.
