Comments on Proposed Decision

This is an uncontested matter in which the decision grants the relief requested. However, a collateral issue was disputed, therefore, pursuant to Section 311(g)(2) of the Public Utilities Code and Rule 14.6(c)(2) of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, the otherwise applicable 30-day period for public review and comment was reduced to seven days. No reply comments were accepted. On March 26, 2008, Applicant filed comments noting inadvertent errors in the text. We have included the corrections in the final decision.
