11. Comments on Proposed Decision

Pub. Util. Code § 311(g)(1) provides that this decision must be served on all parties and subject to at least 30 days review and comment prior to a vote of the Commission. Section 311(g)(2) provides that this 30-day comment period may be waived or reduced upon the stipulation of all parties to the proceeding. All parties in this proceeding have stipulated to waive the 30-day waiting period required by § 311(g)(1) and the opportunity to file comments on the proposed decision. Therefore, the public review and comment period is waived.
