5. Conclusion

As discussed above, PG&E has complied with the of GO 131-D requirements for an Interconnection Project CPCN. The Interconnection Project is necessary, the route is reasonable, cost is not an issue, and there are no CEQA concerns. The Commission has reviewed the FRWA's environmental documents and finds them adequate for our decision-making purposes under CEQA. The FRWA reasonably concluded that the Interconnection Project will not have significant adverse effects on the environment. The Project should and will be approved.
