DECISION GRANTING A CERTIFICATE OF
PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY
This decision grants the request of Pacific Gas and Electric Company for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct, operate and maintain the Camanche 230 kilovolt Transmission Line Interconnection Project (Interconnection Project). The Interconnection Project was requested by the East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) in order to interconnect the new Mokelumne Aqueduct/Camanche Pumping Plant and the associated EBMUD electric substation currently being constructed as part of the Freeport Regional Water Project.
