Summary

This decision grants the application to transfer, pursuant to Pub. Util. Code § 851 et seq., a passenger stage corporation (PSC) certificate from Rasmi B. Assaf and Ayman Fadlalla (Transferor), a partnership, to Rasmi B. Assaf, Ahmed M. Nuri, Monther M. Jaouni and Amal Abu Hwaidi (Transferee), a partnership. Transferee is authorized to establish a Zone of Rate Freedom (ZORF), pursuant to Pub. Util. Code § 454.2.
