V. Waiver of Comments on Draft Decision

The draft decision of the Administrative Law Judge in this matter was mailed to Applicant (there are no other parties) in accordance with Pub. Util. Code § 311 (g)(1) and Rule 77.7 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. Subsequently, Applicant waived the 30 day public review and comment period pursuant to Pub. Util. Code § 311 (g)(2).
