DECISION CONCERNING THE CORE BROKERAGE FEE ISSUE

1. Summary

This decision resolves the core brokerage fee issue in Pacific Gas and Electric Company's above-captioned proceeding. Today's decision adopts a core brokerage fee $0.025 per decatherm. This core brokerage fee will go into effect on January 1, 2011, and shall remain in effect until PG&E's next cost allocation proceeding is resolved.
