6. Comments on the Proposed Decision

The proposed decision of the ALJ was mailed to the parties in accordance with Pub. Util. Code § 311, and comments were allowed in accordance with Rule 14.3 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. PG&E filed comments on January 13, 2011, expressing support for the proposed decision. There were no reply comments.
