8. Intervenor Compensation

Any party that expects to claim intervenor compensation for its participation in this rulemaking must file its notice of intent to claim intervenor compensation no later than 30 days after the first PHC, or as otherwise provided in Rule 17.1 of the Rules. However, parties that filed notices of intent in the petition docket need not file new notices, but may carry forward to the rulemaking any hours and costs incurred during the petition and then file a single request for intervenor compensation in the rulemaking docket, if they choose to do so. Any intervenor compensation awarded will be paid by PG&E, SCE, SDG&E, and SoGalGas.
