6. Comments on the Proposed Decision

The proposed decision of the assigned Administrative Law Judge for this proceeding was mailed to the parties in accordance with Pub. Util. Code § 311, and comments were allowed in accordance with Rule 14.3 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments were filed on July 5, 2011, by CARE and the Joint Parties. Reply comments were filed on July 11, 2011, by PG&E. These comments and reply comments have been reflected, as appropriate, in the final decision adopted by the Commission.
