10. Request to File Under Seal

Pursuant to Rule 11.4, Network Billing has filed a motion for leave to file Exhibit E to the application as confidential material under seal. Applicant represents that the information is sensitive, and disclosure could place it at an unfair business disadvantage. We have granted similar requests in the past, and do so here. All sealed information should remain sealed for a period of two years from the effective date of this order.
