Request to File Under Seal

Applicant requests that the financial information filed with the application, and by supplements filed on April 9 and 10, 2002, be filed under seal. The financial information consists of letters from its bank, a line of credit agreement, a promissory note, a balance sheet, and answers to the Assigned Administrative Law Judge's questions regarding financial matters. Applicant represents that the information is proprietary and sensitive. The information, if revealed, would place Applicant at an unfair business disadvantage. We have granted similar requests in the past and will do so here.
