Comments

The draft decision of the ALJ in this matter was mailed to the parties in accordance with Pub. Util. Code § 311(g)(1) and Rule 77.7 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure. Cingular and CPSD filed comments on the draft decision on September 23, 2002. No reply comments were filed. We have reviewed the comments and made minor revisions to the draft decision in response. Neither party has established the need for other revisions.
